Andover , MN- 11-year old girl with seizures Days 7-4p Responsibilities Administer nursing care to client Help maintain patients treatment plans Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior Maintain accurate patient medical records Provide advice and support to patients and their family members Qualifications RN or LPN Minnesota License Ability to build rapport with patients Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills Who We Are Communities of Care serves medically fragile pediatric and adult clients.
