The ideal candidate must be self-motivated to start and can excel in a limited supervised position.

Responsibilities Understand property management standards, including Fair Housing laws, Tenant/Landlord rights.
Management of onsite residents, including but not limited to rent collection, and community rule enforcement, etc.
Call past due residents in accordance with company process.
Maintain occupancy, drive renewals, and overall Resident satisfaction.
Proactively manage residents' complaints and resolve issues.
Manage maintenance and move in schedules between vendors and Residents.
Maintains positive resident relations Ensure property is leased to maximum occupancy Office administration duties as necessary Supervision of maintenance staff, if applicable Collect and posting of rent Provide thorough showings to interested applicants Requirements Proven work experience as a community manager Excellent verbal communication skills Experience with Yardi Prior lease up experience preferred
