The position we have available is for a patient care coordinator and office assistant for Essentials of Life Chiropractic.
A fast-growing family-based practice in Andover, MN.
In office training will be provided! This is a part time position at 16 hours/week, and the hours are as follows:
Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays 2:
30pm-6:
30pm as well as every other Saturday 8am- 12pm.
Starting pay is $17-$19/hr.
depending on experience.
Monthly bonuses available after initial employment period.

Front Desk Coordinator / Administrative Responsibilities (some of the key duties) Creating an exceptional experience for each patient in our office (must have excellent customer service skills) Greeting new and existing patients in person and on the phone with consistently high energy Scheduling patients according to the Doctor's care plan Ready to promote a healthy lifestyle and benefits of regular Chiropractic care (training will be provided) Routing patients to rooms and ensuring the patient flow is smooth Assisting with community outreach and marketing programs (evenings and weekends) Efficiently completing varied computer tasks and general clerical duties Excellent communication skills Good understanding on how to use Microsoft Office Software (specifically Publisher and Excel) If you believe you have the skills to be successful as the newest member of our dynamic team email the following application materials:
