PT LPN/Licensed Practical Nurse - Ham Lake, MN - Home Care Position
Join our dedicated team at Baywood Home Care as a PT LPN, providing expert care to our male quadriplegic client in the comfort of his home.
Position:
PT LPN Schedule:
12-hour days, from 7am to 7pm (one week Monday and next week Thursday) Staffing:
We maintain a 24-hour staff, with additional home health aide support during specific hours.
Client's Living Situation:
Our client resides in a lovely home with his wife, creating a stable and long-term environment.
Care
Responsibilities:
The client requires comprehensive care, including assistance with personal hygiene, ceiling lifts, and all aspects of daily living.
Trach experience is preferred, but training will be provided.
Note:
There is a dog in the home.
Compensation:
Hourly Rate:
$33.
00 (overtime is paid at time and a half)
