Overview Fairview Health Services are looking for a Medical Assistant to join our Andover Urgent Care Clinic! This position is approved for 80 hours every two weeks and is benefit eligible position.
This position also qualifies for a $4000 sign on bonus.

org/careers/benefits/noncontract) Responsibilities As a member of the patients care team, Medical Assistants support quality patient- and family-centered care principles through performing a variety of high standard functions within a care team to support the needs of the healthcare team and patients.
The Medical Assistant will collect information and detail the patient's visit.
The MA is responsible for adhering to all policies, procedures and practice guidelines, promoting communication with all members of the team, maintaining complete, timely and accurate clinical documentation for each patient and continually looking for opportunities to improve processes and workflow.
Medical Assistants deliver care as delegated by the patients Physicians, or RN.
They are able to prioritize work based on need, available resources, patient preferences, provider schedule, and work in collaboration with the physician/authorized practitioner as well as other health care team members.
You may also perform high, and low risk, technical procedures during your daily work which could include:
medication administration, assistance with CPR, assistance with procedures which may include lab draws We find that those who excel in this role are also able to:

Takes action to assure continuity of care for all assigned patient Qualifications Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant Program or LPN
Basic Life Support Certification Preferred Qualifications
Ambulatory Care Experience
AAMA Certification Other Skills We Desire:

_ _Vaccination Update_ _As part of our ongoing efforts to protect the wellbeing of our teams and to provide a safe and healthy environment for the patients and communities we serve, all Fairview employees will be required to receive both an annual flu vaccination and the COVID-19 vaccination series.
Current employees must have completed both vaccination schedules on or before October 31, 2021.
Beginning August 9, 2021, any new hires who are not fully vaccinated against COVID-19 are required to receive their first dose prior to their start date and their second dose (if receiving Moderna or Pfizer vaccines) within 4 weeks of their start date.
Annual flu vaccinations are also required before the employment start date for employees who begin employment during the flu season.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
