Flexible Hours (north metro) House2Home Flooring & Design Studio has an opening for a part time bookkeeper with the expectation to help with Human Resources as needed.
We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and hardworking individual to join our team.
This position is for 25-30 hours a week onsite, Monday through Friday, with flexible scheduling.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
-Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable:
entering & paying invoices, keeping track of and collecting payments for accounts, must process and issue invoices accurately, address customer concerns and solve any problems directly related to accounts/claims/invoices, and maintain clear records.
-Banking:
Account Balances and Reconciliation -Financial Statements:
as needed -Monthly Sales Tax -Inventory:
enter and maintain accurate inventory -Manage Contractor Insurance Certificates:
yearly or as needed -Complete Audits:
yearly or as required -Human Resource:
New Hire Administration, Confidentiality, Company Policy -Maintain business and employee confidentiality -Administration:
filing and answering phones as needed -Other duties as assigned Education/
Experience:
-Two-year Degree (Accounting, Business or equivalent) -3-5 years of relevant experience Compensation:
-$21-24/hour, based on qualifications Job Requirements:
-Must be dependable -Good attention to detail and organized -Proactive and customer focused -Strong computer skills -Works independently as well as on a team, with a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude -Strong understanding of financial statements and related analytics -Able to multi-task with written and verbal tasks given -Must love dogs Job Type:
