Competitive Wages Climate controlled facility Medical, Dental & Vision for employee & family including domestic partners 401k with a company match Tuition Reimbursement PTO accrual starts immediately Yearly shoe allowance Referral Program Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develop and/or adapt inspection equipment to meet quality control standards, make suggestions regarding procedures, standards, methods, and equipment to facilitate work and maintain product quality Use basic statistical tools such as statistical process control (SPC), pareto charting and capability studies to ensure a stable process Perform advanced quality control activities such as mechanical inspection, special process verification (welding, painting, plating) and internal auditing Set-up and operate all quality equipment for use in accomplishing quality assurance Perform complex inspection procedures using precision testing equipment Determine the reason for product defects and communicates to others Investigate and determine direct cause/root cause of problems and implement corrective actions of non-conformances with the production supervisors Maintain discipline, morale, and harmonious relations among employees Support and maintain the Quality Management System and the Quality Records Support and maintain raw material, hardware certifications and C of C's Support and maintain the Reject Reports, CAPA databases and Inspection Records Perform receiving, in-process and final inspection for quality, appearance, and compliance with customer specifications, for complicated parts and assemblies with little to no supervision Other duties may be assigned Knowledge, Skills, Experience Required Education equivalent to a complete accredited apprenticeship training; or a degree from an accredited university or college; or equivalent work experience of 3 years or more A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in Quality Control in a manufacturing environment beyond the educational requirement Competency Training Requirements Blueprint Reading GD&T Knowledge AS9100 Quality System 120 Hours OJT or Equivalent Control of Non-Conforming Product & Disposition Authority Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
