We are seeking a detail-oriented Client Care Coordinator to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client profiles, quality assurance visits, and providing administrative support to ensure exceptional client service.
Responsibilities:
Handle all incoming phone calls Assist in completing caregiver on-boarding paperwork Maintain client records and ensure accuracy of information Assist in preparing documents and reports Coordinate with internal departments to address client needs promptly Manage office calendar and schedule meetings Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative or client-facing role - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication and phone etiquette - Familiarity with medical office procedures is advantageous - Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines - Knowledge of office equipment and phone systems - Demonstrated ability in project coordination This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can enhance your administrative skills while providing exceptional service to our clients.
