Job Overview
The Quality Analyst is responsible for supporting the quality program at TE Sensor's Andover site.This site manufactures sensors for medical devices, aerospace, and industrial equipment. You will work on a team that drives continuous improvement, regulatory compliance, and ensures all sensors meet or exceed the specifications of the customer.
This role is in Andover, MN.
What you will be doing...
Assist the Quality Manager in establishing, implementing and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS).
Support return product analysis and customer complaint input in TE Complaint Handling system.
Support product & process failure root cause analysis.
Support the control of non-conforming material process.
Conduct QMS, process, and product audits in accordance with the QMS internal audit requirements with External Customer, Regulatory body, and FDA.
Quality and Regulatory system procedure and form writing.
Support continual improvement activities to enhance the QMS.
Provide support to manufacturing departmental Quality Control Inspectors, as necessary, to ensure that products and processes comply with the relevant requirements of the quality management system.
Create presentations, attend and take minutes for the Quality Management Review.
Assist in the development of quality plans, implement established methods for new and existing products for inspections and test procedures.
What your background should look like...
Bachelor's degree in a technical field
Min. 1 year of experience in a regulated industry
Familiar with formal quality system assessments (i.e. ISO 9001)
Working knowledge of ISO 13485 or AS9100 is a plus

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
