Vehicle Description Here is a marvelous 1965 Oldsmobile 442 2dr H/T finished in Saffron Yellow, with a black vinyl interior, riding 14'' wheels.
This numbers correct 442 has just come out of storage.
It has received recent brake work, a new fuel pump, fresh tune-up, which were done on the car to make it streetable.
The original carburetor comes with the vehicle.
It has been repainted in the past.
The paint is driver quality but still has a good luster to it.
The bumpers are in fair condition, with a couple of minor dents.
The exterior trim has some pitting.
This 442 delivers great acceleration from its 345 HP 400 4bbl V8, paired with a (fully synchronized) 4-speed Muncie manual transmission.
The chassis and interior floors are solid.
It will need a new trunk pan from water getting through the trunk lid seals.
The front buckets and rear bench has been reupholstered and look brand new.
The carpet and headliner are also new.
The dash pad and door cards are in fair condition.
On the road, this 442 gets up and goes! It will need new rubber, a dash pad, and a trunk pan to bring it more to completion.
This 442 is a great classic that will new a few things to make it even better.
